Slick window kit...looks like you have quite enough room to work with in there. I've seen through several reviews that the outtake fan on the window (side) improves case cooling more than people think. Adding a second one could reduce temps by as much as 3-5 degrees with proper intakes.
Nice choice on the equipment.

You have to keep in mind he has a top vent and that improves the exhaust too. Sometimes side fans actually increase temps depending on the setup.
