Dont know about that exact model but I have a MSI board that I just love and I just ordered another MSI board to replace my Abit VP6 that croaked a little bit ago
I have found them to be of high quality (thus a great warranty) and seem to have good support for them as well (updated drivers/bios files)

I was just about to checkout when I saw this thread...here's some info if you want a gaming rig and need some help choosing a mobo:
YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS SITE OUT, period: http://www.amdmb.com ! Prime source for AMD-based mobo's, articles, reviews, news, and much more. You want to know something or need suggestions and help deciding on what to get?...read their articles/reviews.
Another good mobo site: http://www.motherboards.org
I actually own and use an MSI K7T Turbo (MS-6330) with an AMD T-Bird 1.2GHz and I love it. I would definitely do some research before you go shell out some cash for a new mobo! :)

My main box is powered by a MSI K7T Turbo2 and an Athlon 1.33ghz. It's a very stable board. ;) My first experience with MSI and I love them so far. :D
