Microsoft SideWinder pedal problem

I have a Microsoft SideWinder Wheel with Force FeedBack that is 5 months old. The gas pedal has quit working but the brake pedal still tests OK. This seems like a mechanical problem instead of driver or software setting. Any other ideas?

Hmmm. Have you checked to make sure that the wires inside are still intact? I'm not sure of the warranty period on the MS product but it might still be under warranty. so first check to see if it is cause you dont want to open up the base if you can still return it!
