XPC Distributed Computing?

Are there any plans in the works to startup an XPS Distributed Computing team? If so, (or if not.. ;)... I'd love to help set one up.

Not really. I actually still crack under TechIMO for RC5 and under GMTA-Chess for ECCP

I've mentioned the idea to Mntsnow and NDC, and so far the general consensus is that we wouldn't have enough support to maintain and compete as a team. We don't have enough members participating here at the XPC forums.

Now, if this isn't true...then everyone who is willing to join our team (if we were to create one) and compete for a DC cause, then I'd like you to post in this thread that you would do so.

I currently crunch for TIMO for UD Think and Sengent's D2OL, but I'd be willing to transfer to our XPC team.

So, let's see how this goes and we'll make a decision in the end.

I agree, jad. I currently crunch for no one, and if this site is going to have a DC team - I'd like to focus my efforts and support in this direction.
