I used to have a Palm IIIxe with an external 33.6Kbps modem and dozens of apps, games, etc. But, there was an unfortunate accident and it has gone to PDA Heaven
It was ideal for what I needed (and wanted) to get done, and I had access to the internet via AvantGo and email via MultiMail Plus. I'm now looking at this Palm Color PDA: the Palm m130 (http://www.palm.com/products/palmm130/). Very nice, and affordable to. :)
---So I'm curious, what is your top choice for the current/older PDA's that are out?
And, if you own a PDA which one do you have?---
When I used to go to a lot of seminars I loved my Clio (tripad thingy). You could fold it flat and write on the screen in a seminar/meeting and then fold it back out like a latop when at a desk. The only prob was only solitare type games worked on it, so not very amussing when stuck in the airport :(
I sold it when no longer needed and used a friends PalmPC for a while. It was a little to big for a pocket type device. I use a Rex Pro now. Great little device for those of us with bad memory , but can't write on it.
I think those really thin Palms is what I need, or a PocketPC if there's some good games for it :) I may go with a small PDA phone since there's supposed to be some good small ones coming out soon. I either want it simple and small (rex/phone). Or all the bells and whistles and bigger (PocketPC). But that's just because of the way I use them, they're all pretty good.

I've got 2 Palms and an iPaq... None of which I use, unfortunately. :-/ The iPaq is the most functional by far... But I just do not find that you need one. Depends on what kind of lifestyle you lead, I guess.

What are the models of the 2 palms you have?
Maybe we could work out a deal? ;)
Mntsnow : Hate them?! Don't say that, you'll scare 'em away. Shame on you! :busted:

Interesting news:
Audiovox bows the first wireless Pocket PC
A new wireless Pocket PC, dubbed the Thera, adds a built-in CDMA2000 1X compatible cell phone to a PDA that is in most ways identical to Audiovox's Maestro Pocket PC. In addition to phone calls, the new device will let users send instant messages, check e-mail, and browse the Web using the faster 1xRTT networks that are coming online now. Verizon will be the first carrier to offer the device starting this spring. --Colin Duwe, Electronics
Audiovox Thera Release date: Spring 2002
