Can someone give me some tips to get a slot 1 Pentium II 350 to a 400 mhz possibly and what I have to do to get it up there. The computer is a dell GX1 and i have the latest bios A07 thank you...

The PII 350 is multiplier locked. You would have to increase the FSB to get it faster. Thats probably not possible with your current mainboard. Other options would include a faster processor, (PII, PIII or Celeron)...:)

I get a old GX1 PII-300 for HK$100 ( US$13 ), and I get a Pentium Tualatin Celeron III - 1400 CPU and a PowerLap PL-ip3/T Slot 1 adapter, also load the bios A07, then the computer running at a speed 1.4G which is faster than P4- 1.6G computer, which can run windows XP at very high speed through the internet. I am using this computer to connect to internet now.
