It's against spam, personally i think 60 would be fine, i wouldn't even mind to much to go for 30 secs, i hardly seen any people spamming here, and i never saw a person who just mass spammed the place.

Actually 60 seconds is normal, that's the standard of most boards, and always have been the standard for vB2.

That is correct 60 seconds is the default time but as you notice we have very little problem with spam due to my upping the time to 90 seconds.

Pm's actually have their own spam filter, which is by default on 90 seconds i believe.

If it wasn't for some people then these filters shouldn't even have to be here, but they are, and they visit XPC too.
