Have a case that I ripped a VIA mobo and CPU out of, and would like to make use of it, and one of the Athlon XP chips and some DDR I have here. I also have a spare PSU for it ( the one that is in there definitely won't cut it ).

Looking for a microATX board, that has a very friendly and useful BIOS ( VCore adjustable, multipliers, FSB adjustable, etc.) Would prefer an nForce2 board, but would deal with a VIA board providing it had good OCing features.

Oh yeah, preferably NO onboard video.

Can anybody point me towards one? I've looked around a fair amount, and it seems that many of these boards do nor have much adjustability in the BIOS, but I figured maybe I'm missing a gem that somebody here knows about.

TIA

A MicroATX board that I've been mulling over for a project is the Biostar M7NCG 400. It's listed @ Newegg for $68.00 shipped.

Chipset: NVIDIA nForce 2 IGP+MCP
FSB: 200/266/333/400MHz
RAM: 3x DIMM support Dual Channel
DDR200/266/333/400 Max 3GB
IDE: 4x UltraDMA 33/66/100/133 up to 4 devices
Slots: 1x AGP 8x, 3x PCI, 1x CNR
Ports: 2xPS2, 1xLPT, 1xCOM 1xVGA, 6xUSB 2.0(Rear 2), 1xLAN, 1xGAME, Audio Ports
Onboard Audio: Realtek ALC650 6 channel AC97 CODEC
Onboard Video: GeForce4 MX
Onboard LAN: Realtek 8201BL 10/100Mbps
Form Factor: MicroATX

It has onboard GeForce4 MX video but has an 8x AGP slot for better graphics. In my experience Biostar makes excellent stable mobos. I've had success OCing on an M7NCD with an XP2500+ OCed to XP3200+ speeds without touching the voltage.

I've got a similar mobo from jetway. Just waiting on the case and CPU from ebuyer. Was due yesterday  so I can't comment on the overclocking potential just now.

the Biostar M7NCG 400 is indeed a heck of a motherboard for mATX. It will overlcock just as well as the Biostar M7NCDP, and is very stable.
