Yo I have a Gigabyte GA-7ZX (Rev 1.x) motherboard running a 900 mhz AMD Athlon with 650 of SDRAM dont know what company a Geforce Fx 5200 ultra 128 mb and a 60 gig hard drive. Im trying to overclock it alittle like maybe get it to 1 gig possibly on air. I have 4 fans and all my wires are sleeved. A coolermaster fan too... I used that Easytune 4 but I cant get it past 973 it locks up...
What temp is the core running at? I'd say bump the core voltage up a little as long as you can keep the temps down below 50ºC during gaming. If it's running above 50º you will probably need a beefier heatsink.

My advice is to get a xp1800 if your board supports it from a place like newegg. By the time you spend money on a heatsink/fan to overclock you could have a new cpu that is faster anyway. The retail versions of the xp are pretty cheap these days and include a hs/fan that is good enough for most purposes if it doesn't have to be oc'd.
