FTP "n" IIS problem

Hi guys.

Recently, i stoped to accept Incomming Connections because i have made my ADSL modem to work as a router, I know that i have to forward ports and so on, but i'm not sure how exactly ?
and should i forward my IP address as well ? how to do that ?

Do you have ny more infomation you can give, type of modem/router, OS's running, number of computers and so on?

the modem is SAMSUNG AHT-E300IL, i got two PC's Connected to my home LAN both are Runnin XP Pro.

I'm not familar with that modem/router. Do you have a link to it's webpage or manual?
