I am going to take some guesses - first you want to put up a web site - gallery/catalog - the have software to run a basket and hand off to a checkout system running a payment system - visa/MC.

Tall order -

I would check with a local financial institution about "merchant accounts and thier set up. The logisitcs of this will run your shop. There are commercial providers of these services for a fee.

And you can just toss up a site - and use paypal as your payment system.
