Images in e-mail

How can I create a message in Outlook with some images, so that the receiver do not have to open every image to see it? I mean, I want the receiver to see the whole message at once.

My grandmother has exactly the same problem, except she simply wants to forward messages that are set up correctly, and have them stay correct.

Can anyone help?
