I just got a ECS D6VAA dually, the user guide says it suports hot swapping on EIDE 3 and EIDE 4. my board link:

I would never try to hot swap a hard drive even if the manual said it is ok. I've heard that some people have even ruined their hard drives using mobile racks, so that is why I never bought one.

There is a store down the road apiece that sells these for $13.00.
Of course it only has a green led for power indicator.

I have 4 of them.
Comp-USA also has there own version of these and it is a much better unit for $29.99.
As far as hot swapping goes, Not a good idea from my point of view.
