I been up for a while and since I got this my new video card in the dualie I loaded up the demo. Holy nightmares! it scared the freaking crap out up me!! my heart is still pounding like a steam train going up hill.
I must get this game :D :D
I wonder if it is multiplayer too?
No multiplayer, at least not yet. There might be in the future. I think something called XMP (eXpanded Multi-Player) is currently being beta tested.

Loaded up a couple more demos too. battlefield 1942 and battlefield 1942 secret weapons of WW II , two more games to put on my christmas wish list for myself :D

i love battlefield, but the desert combat mod rocks! =) it's awsome!

Just downloaded unreal II, blasted through the 2 levels pretty quick, gotta say its an awesome game, loved unreal and return to napali, but this is grapically superb. I always thought Halo on the xbox looked pretty neat but this, well head and shoulders above that.
Spearhead is my main game at the moment, especially online.
Another game to look out for is "the great escape" played this also on the xboxbut guarenteed it'll be better looking on the PC :)

Lol, I'm a CO-OP freak. RTNP is good, try zero black, I got that one 10 min after www.unrealsp.org had it up :D
try Spatial Fear and DeJa Vue: Gryphon Revisited. both excellent mods.
The Third Reich is another good co-op mod.
ya need to go to 3's server and or the 40 oz server, also Wes's server for co-op. wes's is based on the orginal unreal. where as 3's {the best imo} is custom monster hunt maps, 40oz server is running the some of the same maps too. 3 also runs the old version of The Great Esacpe.{ TGES was originaly a unreal mod } and the dungon maps. wicked action against super strong Krall and Skaarj
I wish I had my ftp up. I have lots of mods like this for unreal and unreal tournament.
battlefield secret weapons of WW II plays real nice, But the original one in the desert does not. I get bad screen flutter to the point it's not readable/clickable 75% of the time. even with the settings turned down, seems to have an issuse with my card.

Loaded up lord of the rings: return of the king, not bad I suppose, very good graphics but I dislike third person games. my son loved playing the demo while waiting for dinner tonight. Hehe guess what he's getting in Dec :D
Lo wel7 I got about 4 years worth of PC Gamer disks to look though and try demos out tonight. busy busy.. :D
Edit: for ya who come to 3's server. {sometimes wes's depending on my mood} I'm Shark and I can be found most nights there. lol, don't be suprized to see me fragging in the wee hours of the morn.
yea...well...if you want a third person game you WILL like...try Max Payne 2. I'm about as first person as you can get...but that game totally blows me away. It's all THAT.
