I have an Aspire Superalien case with 6 case fans...

2 in the front for intake
2 in the rear are intake over the processor - figured id try it after reading a review somewhere - they were exhaust before
1 on the side panel window next to the video card is exhaust
1 on the top panel is exhaust
the fan right next to the top panel fan on my psu, is intake while the fan on the rear of the psu is exhaust
my temps are about the 45C range at idle on a xp2500+ 333
to me that setup with the psu seems a little odd.......hot air rises....which is why the top fan is exhaust....but then the psu sucks in some of the warmer air and pushes it over the psu?
wouldnt it be more beneficial to have the side panel fan pushing air ONTO the video card?
but then i think to myself.......so the warm air has to go somewhere, like to the processor.......
but the rear intakes arent helping much just yet because my case is by a window and right now its pretty warm outside.......
so i think it would make more sense to have them as exhausts until it gets COLD.
the front and rear fans arent my problems........its the damn side panel/top panel/psu fans that im wondering about.
any suggestions?
i also want to switch out the thermaltake silent boost fan and put something a little more beefy on there, i have a delta that spits out some heavy air......might use that. :D
