The San Jose Mercury News reported yesterday that prosecutors are alleging that email exchanges between Frank Quattrone and PC firm Dell are the subject of close scrutiny by a jury in New York.
Quattrone faces a charge from federal authorities that he obstructed the course of justice, and the Mercury News claims that there's some confusion over whether he did, or did not, make IPO (float) allocations in July 2000.
If he is found guilty of obstructing justice....
