my 43 year old little brother. who passeds away on early sat afternoon. or 10-11-03
they are doing a full florida state medical investagation. they also have my sister-in-law as a #1 suspect in his death. I don't have any details until we hear back from the medical & police as to the full extent of it all.
I will be busy for the next few days with all of this. so if I don't respond here you all will know why. I'm lost,hurt and don't know what to do. He was a full 100% christan man we know that. and I know where he is now. and with haveing to live with his drinken wife everyday for the last 10 years. he is in a better place now.

I won't have the time to post this to other boards. if you will or someone plese post it to rom's and mr c'c for me.
I'm doing the best I can. I have to be strong and keep my family together. if I brake. the whole family will breake. I know you and God are with me in every way.
I'm sorry, I just don't know what or how to say anything else.

I spoke to Gene about 2 hours ago while at the office and he wants to let everyone know he appreciates everyone's thoughts and prayers at this time. It is a mess they are in the middle of and he is hanging tough and I can say that he really does appreciate everyone's prayers....
Keep the chin up Gene....your doing good and hopefully things will get straightened around quickly and justice can be done wherever justice needs to be.
One good thing for sure...Gene WILL not let anything go unresolved.

I have edited this post on my own. for I also think this isn't the place for this matter to be discused either. For Mike is nice enought to let you all have a place to post in your feeling to my family. And that is the way it should be!!

I'll soon as I can make a site just for this. I don't know what to say. and that is why I haven't posted and instead called mike to tell you all for me. For I knew that when I logged onto this site for the first time. I would need to be even stronger to be able to read the posting you all have here.
The tears that flow down my face now. Aren't from my brothers death. But, from the joy that has filled my heart from reading your postings ect. My whole family and I & lori THANK YOU ALL from my heart.
as for the case goes. they have the most highest and advanced medical & legel team the state of floride has on the case. And my local sheriff dept are going way past the call of duty to assist. For my little brother was friends with all of them.
the case has been steped up the HIGHEST level it can be sent too!
they are still 100% doing their best to solve the crime and to make any and all arrest they can.
this is only a small exapmle of what I have to say. I do promise you. Be prepaired to hear things that will make you sick and puke your guts out. For I can't say what I know now or was told. But, as soon as I can I'll post to you my friend the complete truth. And I promise to you if you . YOU will know he died fighting for his own life.
I'll try to post or log on a time permits me to do so. we are in a contact on almost a hourly basic with the legel system and team.

Thank you my on-line friends and family. Even tho the investigation is still going on in full strength with the nassau county sheriff dept. and our own family legal & investigation team for 16 days as of this posting. We haven't given up and are doing the best we can under the matters we deal with on a daily basics.
like the plaque I see every morning when I get up.

Their are still some questions that need answers too! And they are also waiting for some of the body lab test to come back.
And it has also been a great help to us from the mass amount of support we are getting from you all!! That is one reason for my lack of posting to this thread here. I'm still updateding my site as I get new info. SO PLEASE check it! Even if you don't hear from me here.
I think it will also info you on some of the stories going around on this matter.. Thank you my friends and may God also be with and keep you as he is doing us!!

This is still under full Investigation and it is only getting worse. Looks like it is going to be awhile before I can get back to my regular board use. But, I know you all are still behind and with me and my family.
