Despite predictions that other companies would bid for parts of bankrupt Stargate.net Inc., the same two companies who in August negotiated to buy Stargate's dial-up access, commercial Internet and Web hosting businesses had their bids upheld Wednesday.
"When it came down to it, a lot of people were not able to put action behind their plans," said former Stargate CEO Marcus Ruscitto.
