Download Speed?

I'm grabbing a 265MB file right now and it says I'm doing 210KB/Sec. is this an OK speed for cable?

I'm also have winamp playing from an online station on that same box and playing UT on another box. lol and posting on another.

thats about average since you are sharing bandwidth with everyone on your street or city.
