Even more ticked off at Adelphia cable

Cables out so I'm on free netzero dail up. {10 hrs month} they were upgrading something and it was suposse to return by noon today. but, I still don't have service, the techs tell me that I'm doing something wrong and that my node is up, well I followed everything they said to do by the numbers with them on the phone and still nothing. And I'm still being told it's my fault. WTF! my modem only shows 2 out of 4 green lights and all 4 are suposse to be lit up solid. {surfboard 5200} but it's my fault. it's their darn crummy modem. but the tech wouldn't listen to anything about that, saying that my account shows it to be a brand new one, so what, even new things are sometimes defected. he still wouldn't listen.
Come 06 Oct. Monday morning Adelphia is getting their crap back.

I'll not be around much. just to check my XPC mail account and the two at yahoo.

Alltel kept telling me my DSL problem was due to my house wiring. I took the modem outside with the help of an extention cord and plugged the modem directly into their box . . . you guessed it . . . it stlii didn't work. I called them back and they finally found a tech who knew what the crap he was doing and got my line up.

They always pull that crap. Oh! Mr. Overcharged, the problem is on your end. :mad:

that's why I always go up the lader of techs.

And when I talk to them, I talk to them like if they had as muc experience as I do, and they go bonkers :D
