Greetings... I found a new Avatar I would like to use, but am not sure how to resize it since it is an animated GIF. If someone could assist or point to a tutorial to do so, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks!
Mortis
Someone told me you can do that here:
http://www.gifworks.com/
"Using the easy-to-use pull down menus, select "File Open" in the File menu above. Simply follow the instructions to load any GIF and then manipulate the image using the GIFWorks menus. It's that easy."

It's hard to get that one decent, it's big, alot of frames.
I removed half the frames, and decreased the colour, it's 20kb, although i must say that i'm not totally sure if the forum will accept it or not because it's capped at 20kb.
Let me check, if it's to big then i will make a smaller one.
EDIT: Dang to big, a sec.

This 1 should work.
I also made it abit slower, yes i realise it's going faster then the original one, but if it goes slow then you will clearly see that it has much less frames.
BTW also moved the topic.
Also look at www.nonags.com and pull down a copy of iview - a.k.a. irfanview software - it's pretty good at image manipulation - best of all - it's free
Here's another... exactly at 64 x 64...

We can have 20kb avatars here!?! That's pretty extravagant.

Thanks everyone!!! Looks great! Ya, I tried Irfan and MegaPix to resize- both said something about it being a Gif and having to do it differently than just hitting resize- since there are many 'snapshots.'
What you guys did is wonderful... thanks, again!
hehe- a new avatar
