hmm a 2+
well i have a FIC PA-2013 (its a updated BIOS of JI4333 supposedly it might show the 2+ on boot up, i do know it works with the IIIs)
it overclocks on the fsb and multiplier real easy. it even can have a voltage as low a 1.8v( at least the table on the board shows it)
i get the AMD k6 IIIs (350 and 400 and both are 2.2v)up to +50MHz no problem on the multiplier and at 112 fsb
the k6 - 2 550 (2.3v agr) i had overclocked to either 600 or 616. this made the motherboards volt regulars heat up something awful. i also didnt see anything that made the cpu run better, even at 616 it didnt beat the III 350 @ 350 in game performance.
the FIC VA-503+ (im trying to get for my AT case)should be more or less the same as above, i just dont know about the voltages
both need the VIA 4 in 1 patch and usb patch.
there another board called the EPOX mvp3 that might be better it also needs the via drivers. and possible bios update
the two Socket 7 asus boards to try, and id like to get are the P5A and P5A-B, P5A overclocks the fsb in less drastic measures than the FIC ones....by +5Mhz not +12...
these have different revisions and might need a updated BIOS
