Difference b/t 603/604 pin Xeon CPUs?

Just wondering what the differences are, I see that when looking at dual Xeon motherboards specs.

the 603-pin xeons were the earlier generation xeon chips running @ 400fsb conpared to the 604 pin running @ 533fsb...
