No Not SPam, if it was it would have been caught/removed a year or two when NDC first posted it... Plus NDC was one of the "higher ups" on the site, If I remember right he was one of the Mods for the Computer Graphic Design section.

That & I don't see really anything of Spamming nature... The guy asks for you to email him updates for the list, so it can be updated, in other words, if you find a game that supports SMP, send it to him to be added to the list.
