Winfast A260 TDH vivo Geforce 4 Ti4200 capture problem

I've been trying to capture some footage from a video using a Geforce 4 Ti4200, however once I've completed the capture, I have this horrible white bar that runs right through my footage. Does anyone know what this is caused by and how may I fix it. There isn't much help at the Leadtek website on this issue.
