Oc 1700??

[Plum Ugly]

I have a Thorobred 1700 DLT3C, A7V8X mb,512 crucial pc2700,maxtor 30G,sub-zero4 G cooler,Geforce2 MX 400 video card ,350W antec power supply
when I OC the 1700 over 142 mhz FSB the video/moniter goes blank and the machine won't boot. I tried all of the things I know ,Changed everything but the mb, Nothing works. Anybody have any ideas??

It may be a matter of divisors. Is that board using a KT400 chipset? Doesn't it have the 5:2:1 and 4:2:1 dividers? Have you tried running it at 166?
