file sharing win2kpro with win98

How do I set up to share files from win2k to win98,I already can share my files from 98 box,but I'm not sure on setting up the share with win2k as all the networking I've done in the past was all with win 98.Both boxes can see each other I just need to see permision to the 98 box so I can access the files from there.

The easiest way is to right click on the desired drive or folder and choose Sharing then click "New share" at the bottom and then the rest is fairly straightforward. If you want to really lock it down you can go into the permissions tab and delete the everyone and then added the users you want

Yea I finally got it figured out and everthings going now, but I've got to do some work on my win98 box as something is causing it to respond very slowly on everything, I had to pull a stick of ram that went bad already.

Do you mean when you try to access the WIN98 machine from the WIN2K machine, that it's slow? Then try this:
