Overclocking a oem amd

Once again, I am wondering if I can do something to my name brand computer....

Is it possible to Overclock an OEM amdxp1700 chip thats on my compaq.... and if so, how might i go about doing it so that i may be able to do it successfully..

the ability to OC a chip in order of descending importance are:

mobo bios options
cpu model/manufacture
cpu heatsink/fan

every compaq bios i've seen lacks the tweak-ablility settings necessary to OC your chip.
