i have a pioneer ao4 (i think thats the model), anway its a 4x dvd writer and just looking for some opinions on media thats rated at 4x and wont give me too many coasters.

Most of those sites that focus on media will probably have them, I get them from here: http://resellerratings.com/seller1007.html

There's other good ones also, but ritek used to be the easiest from me to find so I keep buying them. Taiyo Yuden and prodisc are good also.

I use TDK branded media in both my Sony and my TDK burners and love it.

ive even given up on memorex cdrs. i use tdks now for that...maybe ill try those if i can find them locally. if not then ritek :)

I use CompUSA (Memorex OEM)... They're only 2.4x although my writer is 4x. But hey, you can beat 64.99 for 50 DVDs... I'm on my second 50pack now and they're not bad at all...
