Retail V. OEM

I just want to be sure on one thing. Retail versions of CPUs come with everything you need for the chip correct? Meaning that they have the fan & Heatsink?:o

Yep. Plus a longer warranty. :) The retail heatsinks that I've dealt with work quite well if you are not going to overclock.

i always buy retail because it comes witha case badge, gotta have my case badges
