Underclocking an Athlon XP(theory)

So, i got to thinking one day, AMD uses 66mhz = 100mhz for their chips.

If the bios automatically translates this(which is entirely possible) would this be true??

1333mhz = 1500+
1266mhz = 1400+
1200mhz = 1300+
1133mhz = 1200+
1066mhz = 1100+
1000mhz = 1000+
933mhz = 900+ ??

I don't have the link handy however AMD actually has a set formulae, they don't actually just say 66mhz = 100 performance ratings points.;)
