searching a mobo with.....

Hi, I'm searching a motherboard ,

for socket 478, (a 2,4 533 proc is gonna be on it)

It must have:

Intel chipset x
AGP 8x
UDMA 133(or combined with serial ata,)
usb 2.0 (witch most board support...)
OnBoard sound
A little qualitie would be nice(asus, abit, etc)

It would be nice if it has:

gigabit lan onboard
Firewire

It may NOT have:

onboard video
to much software bundled, that just raises the price,

Can anyone tell me who makes a motherboard with LH 94V-0 M6 0050 with AV11V30 on it.? I can not find who manufactured it and I need to find out so I may go to the web site and d/l teechnical info so I may set it up. Thanks Flash

You need to start off by posting a new thread for your problem.
Post any additional info you have -
IE - Socket 7 , AT or ATX power. anything onboard, number and type of card and memory slots, name on chipsets - etc...;)
