Looks like GRC has updated their port tests. I just did mine now and passed all test except the "True Stealth Analysis". Here was my work around to make this port stealth with my D-Link 614+ Router:

I went into the router setup page and navigated to "Advanced\Firewall" and modified the firewall rule for "ICMP" and set the "IP Range Start" to an IP number that doesn't exist on my network and here was the result! :)

See if you guys are secure also... Click here (https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2)

I ran the tests from the link provided and got the same results you did. Unfortunately, their test didn't pick up the port I leave open for personal access. I suspect they only do a quick ping test on each port and not an actual scan that does partial connects.

So this websites data supplied is slightly misleading. You may still have ports open, they just aren't responding to ping.

It is a simple "ping" test. I have several services running and it only caught a couple of the services as being open.

This website is still a good start, just don't rely completely on it.

I agree. Although GRC is not completely reliable, it will scan most common ports along with some uncommon ones to give you an idea how secure your system(s) are...
