Hey whats up... New guy here on the board ;) . I was hoping to get an assist on a new mobo/proc selection. I built my last rig 1 1/2 ago its running fine, but I have an itch, and thinking about upgrading. But I have been outa the loop and not sure where to begin with todays mobo/procs.
But my questions is I want to use my current memory which is a gig of crucial (DDR PC2100 • CL=2.5 • Unbuffered • Non-parity • 7.5ns • 2.5V • 64Meg x 64 ) Will this work on the new boards with DDR?
What is the best board I should look at (intel) where I can use this mem? right now Im running it on an Asus P4b266.
If there is a thread here, let me know. or if I want to use this mem what should I look out for when Mobo window shopping. I know I want raid on board, LAN, Audio, But This does not mean I wouldnt consider something else.
