Every system will get different results, and Identical chips won't always produce the same results. You can look here to get idea what people are getting out of these chips. http://www.cpudatabase.com/CPUdb/
Looks kike the average OC is 2448.

don't think there is a 2700+ Barton, though i can't say with absolute ironclad certainty.
There was a 2500+ and 2800+, then a 3000+, then a 3200+. then they dropped back and made a 2600+ Barton. just not aware of a 2700+ Barton( yet ).
could be wrong though.

For the money, I would go with the Thoroughbred (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=461257&Sku=cp2-xp2700tbc) or find another source (http://www.dvwarehouse.com/product_info.php/cPath/37_448_450/products_id/6851). No comment on the OCing. :)
Or even here (http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?p=AX-2700&c=PG) for free shipping.
