I used the VANTEC AeroFlow VA4-C7040 when I upgraded to an AthlonXP 2400 and I'm very pleased with it. I used a Globalwin WBK38 on my AthlonXP 1600 and it was very loud. The Vantec Aeroflow does a better job at a fraction of the noise DB. The Vantec has the magnetic tip driven fan which produces airflow simular to the Delta screamers but are very quiet.

The Matrox G450 will do an outstanding job on 2D apps but it's not much of a gaming card. The 2D quality is untouchable. I don't game on my main box and I used a Matrox G550 and I love it. Very clear 2d graphics. If you plan on gaming you might want to look at one of the Gforce 4 Ti cards.
It looks like a very nice system. Keep an eye on CPU prices cause they are presently on their way down. If you wait a week or so you might be able to squeeze in a little faster AthlonXP into your budget.

I like the ThermalTake Volcono's best, i have the volcano 7 on my 2000xp and its brill, temps are always low. The Volcano 9 and 11 support a higher CPU of up to 3200XP currently.
