View Full Version : Wouldn't you love to have one of these?
This is a Kiosk Digital System built on a Dual MP1800+ on a Tyan S2466N-4M with 1GB ECC DDR2100. The printer used on this particular system an EPSON Stylus Pro 7600 24" printer.
And here (http://www.xtremepccentral.com/gallery//showphoto.php?photo=498) is the poster I printed using this system...

but nifty nevertheless.
Yeah, they went with flashy colors to make the machine more visible when people walk into 1hr photo labs...

It's a system we have at our office for demo purposes. Each square foot runs around $1.50 which includes both ink and paper cost. However, retail stores would charge anywhere between $35 - $60 depending on the location of the store. The print media used for these prints are heavyweight matte surface photo roll paper. It costs about $500 to replace all the ink on this printer.

LOL :)
Well, this is for a retail 1 hour photo processing store so, I guess the manufacturer of this company REALLY wanted their system to stand out? LOL
