If you're using a foreign language Windows that uses 2 byte characters such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or any other special characters, some hyperlinks may not appear correctly. You can easily eliminate this problem by doing the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to View\Encoding
3. Change the encoding to English (ISO) or English (Windows) and the hyper link will display properly...
