Firmware Updates

I have been searching for firmware updates for both my Sony CDU5211 CDRom and my Sony CRX185E1 CDRW Drives and have come up empty handed.. Anyone have any ideas?

I found other forums looking for firmware updates and they have had no luck either. They linked me to a japanese sony site that they said has the firmware updates, but there are 100s of folders and you probably won't be able to find what you want.
