Okay here goes,

I'm looking for a tool that would alow me to access an Internal Proxy Server which is restricted to a certain range of IP's..Sadly I'm not in that range..What I'm looking for is something that will tell the proxy that My IP is within the Range needed.I'm currently
working on scripts within Linux that will Spoof my Ip to send and recieve to and from the Proxy, but this is taking time...

I'm looking for a quick Microsoft XP Fix for this at the Moment and any help would be appreciated..

Its a Microsoft Proxy..
I use IE, Opera and Mozilla...

For Opera and Mozilla I use "NTLM Authorization Proxy Server" to authenticate...

Please Help otherwise I'll have to work instead of surf.

Welcome to XPC Kalel,

First I will just ask the simple question. Since you mention that it is an INTERNAL proxy server why not ask the Admin to add your ip to the allowed group?

We have restricted access to the Internet through a different proxy but I have found a proxy that will give full access but is restricted to certain IP's...in other words I don't want the Admin finding out..

you're just asking to get fired aren't you? Is it really worth it to you that much to surf?
Proxy servers log the IP of the accessing machine. If you spoof it as someone else and visit websites that aren't allowed either you or the person you are spoofing as can get fired. So, you would be jeopardizing someone elses job just so you could keep up with forums, email, pr0n, whatever. Is it really worth it?
I think not.
anyways, you could always try changing the IP on your machine to one of the allowed ones. sure it may cause network problems, but you may be able to get your small dose of surfing in.
does your isp block outbound traffic on all ports? if not, you could always use www.radmin.com 's software and connect to your home PC (must have broadband at home) or use something like PC Anywhere.
Have you tried using a public proxy server? not sure if that would work or not.
I don't reccomend doing any of it though. that stuff was put in place for a reason, and you seem to be a prime example of a reason.
