How are the Sony burners have you ever used one?

I have just installed 2 of them in systems and they are working great! I have a 3rd Sony that is to arrived on the 28th (Friday) that will become on of my own...Replacing my old Plextor scsi 8x burner only :) so I will have one around for a "long term" test too :)

I want to see how XP will act to a hardware change!
I don't think that changing a burner will be considered a major change though!
