I seem to get this from time to time... Quicken Loans?

I never use the side bar.

Anyway i think there should be a 100% tag in that, although i'm not sure if it can be done, and if it would work.
Otherwise it would be best to remove it from the sidebar, and put at the bottom on the main page or something.

I run NO quicken ads so how you get that Is beyond me. You must have some ad changing spywear or something as I run the side bar and have NEVER gotten anything like that

You have been "hacked" basically

I remember now about hearing about "ad replacements" that work like "toptext" which the story in the above link talks about

maybe?
