need help PS 7 and redeye?

have a pic that was taken with my dig cam, and i forgot to turn the redeye filter on. is there a way to use photoshop 7 and remove the redeye?

Is there anyother programs out there that easily remove redeye?

I used to use Adobe photodeluxe. But it won't work in XP.

Actually, there are many applications that have red eye reduction. However, they are quite pricey. Imageware's PC Event is a very good example. This program runs for $2000
