How to remove regional encoding on DVD drive

Hey guys

I just got my new system yesterday and now have a dvd drive. I use power dvd but it keeps asking which region I want to use and telling me I only have 3 choices left. Can someone tell me how I can disable this. It is a Liteon DVD drive running Win XP.

Which model of Liteon? I personally use DVD Geni http://www.inmatrix.com/genie/ for my Pioneer DVD players and it works great
