help me make up my mind

Ok I'm preparing for my next build as my main box for video edit and DVD burning. Will aslo do some light gaming among other things. I have narrowed it down to 3 boards and can't decide which one. So give me your vote of the three and why you voted the way ya did. This system will run a XP2600+ and 1gig of DDR ram speed depends on mobo. I will have my Sony DRU500A DVD-R/+R/-RW/+RW drive, 48x liteon CDRW, 120gig WD SPECIAL EDITION, and my 80gig Maxtor, Matrox Parhelia 128MB.
And the choices are:

I picked up that video card from a local computer store that ended up with it somehow and didn't know much about it,They said they recieved the card when it came out for test and never end put it in a puter and they didn't know the capabilites of the card so I picked it up for$65 + tax :) I wish it was the 256 DDR model but this is nice enough can run 3 monitors off one card. I thenk I have narrowed it down to the Asus or Gigabyte mobo but can't make up my mind.

Ok who voted on the Asus? What do you like best about this mobo? I like the gigabyte but the Asus supports dual DDR.
