Hello Gang,
I hope I give enough information to get some help with this. I recently moved to the sticks, and signed up for a Broadband service called Skyweb Inc., This service does not provide ISP, but provides a wireless connection to the web. Based on conversations with the Tech guys from Skyweb, they get bandwidth from DSL, Cable and other ISP providers, and then allow Skyweb subscribers to access these accounts.
The problem is that the service is unreliable, and after purchasing PingPlotter, I discovered it may actually be a Router issue with Skyweb, but they insist that they are not the cause of the problems.
Please review the Image I have uploaded and see if anyone might be able to help Skyweb and I find the problem. As you view this image keep in mind the first two hops are connecting from my Home antennae to the tower via Wireless. The third hop represents a router onsite at Skyweb.

Thanks for any assistance
