'American Idol' Says So Long to Sanjaya....Finally....

My wife and I have been watching American Idol and have been shocked every single week that Sanjaya has somehow made it to the next week. Several other contestants have been sent home in what we feel was a true disservice to the constants that did go home earlier in the season than what their talent really dictated.

Whats your thoughts?

LOL, I hate watching the show, the singers that are good, get booted due to the dipsh*t Simon on there, & the half a** acts sometimes get thru, like this stupid turd... or get record deals or publicity even if they don't, just for being dumb enough to even try for the show, like that horrible asian kid :rolleyes:

to me, from almost day one (well more like 2nd season), it turned into a major joke, don't even care about the show anymore, not that I did much to begin with. the only one I WILL watch on occasion is the Dancing with the Stars one... if nothing else is on TV at the time :D


but LOL, On the radio to work Monday, I heard the funniest Song, was a Reggae/jamaican sounding song about this dude LOL, was hilarious... if only I could find it :D

anyways its a parody of the song with these lyrics... "Day light come and Me Wanna go home"

This is the first season Rea and I watched it.

I would probably watch it if someone beat Simon with a metal baseball bat & left him for dead in the street to let the buzzards peck out his eyeballs... but then they'd replace him with some other a**hole. I'm waiting to see a lawsuit against them for someone who tried or succeeded in Suicide due to his BS commentary on that show... either that, or stalking & assault or attempted murder charges for a former contestant trying to get back at him, for the commentary he made about them & ruining their potential career LOL, or something crazy like that :D

I really find the show entertaining.. I like watching the improvements made by the contestants who are in it to win. I was so disgusted by the fact that people kept voting for Sanjaya. What is wrong with people!?! During some of the interviews that Ryan did, people actually said that they loved Sanjaya!! For some people, it wasn't a joke to keep the goofy kid on - it was sincere! :cookoo: There were other talents voted off that deserved the chance to stay on!

Shyguy, are you kidding!? That show wouldn't have NEARLY the appeal if it weren't for Simon. All the viewers wait to see what he's going to say... I think that he's harsh and sometimes too straight forward, but it's a competition! They need criticism to continue to advance. He's honest and usually right, although his wording leave something to be desired on occasion.
