p 3 1.5 mhz I think you mean Ghz and I believe the fastest the P3 can go is 1.4GHz (http://intel.com/products/desk_lap/processors/desktop/pentiumiii/index.htm?iid=ipp_dlc_proc+desk_p3p&) not 1.5GHz.
