well i sold my last rig and this is what i got so far with this one!

Intel Desktop Board D945GCCR
Intel Pentium 4 3.20 ghz
Coolmaster Big quite cpu cooler
Thermaltake 430 watt rounded wite PSU
1 gb of 533 ddr2 ram
Bound Blaster Audigy SE sound card
3 80mm fans
1 120mm fan
cdrw/dvdrw combo - don't know speed
no video card yet though plan soon it is pci express anyone recommendations on a decent card that is not $500 lol. rate me plz!

Vid card for less than $500? GeForce 8800GTS 640MB or 320MB... :D

though some will say the older CPU you have there will bottleneck the card, but BAH, it'll still be leaps over anything else. but then also if you ever went up to something better that can let the card perform its best, then thats one less component to buy for that :D

but for a more affordable GPU option... what do you like to do, Game on the PC (what type of games), 3D graphics? Audio/Video production? what? that'll help in suggesting a decent card. :)
