.NET (.aspx) Server 500 818 Error

Getting a server GET error "... 500 818 ... " (per log) when trying to access an .aspx file from my web server...

.aspx file is OK when viewed on server's IE browser, but cannot access the page from the Internet.

No problems with other regular dirs.

Anyone know why? Thank you...

Looks like I'm gonna have to blow it away and reinstall.
